- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
- Items that are on sale or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.

- Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

- Our team will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions for returning your item(s).

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
- The Designer Attic is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

Exchanges:
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and follow our return process for the unwanted item.
